By authorizing repair work at CRD Performance, you agree to these terms. All estimates are valid for 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse service on any vehicle deemed unsafe or beyond reasonable repair.
Payment is due in full upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been made. We partner with Affirm to offer third-party financing. All Affirm financing approvals, terms, and payment schedules are strictly between the customer and Affirm.
We stand by our labor. However, parts supplied by the customer are installed as-is with zero warranty from CRD Performance. If a customer-supplied part fails, you are responsible for the labor required to replace it.
CRD Performance is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles (or articles left inside vehicles) in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. We are not liable for pre-existing rust, structural decay, or mechanical failures unrelated to the specific service performed.
